The Multibolic™ Performance Power Plate™

The Multibolic™ Performance Power Plate™

Fuel Your Workouts. Recover Better. Perform at Your Best.

Many people think eating less is the fastest way to improve their physique.

Then they wonder why their workouts feel harder.

Why their strength stalls.

Why they struggle to recover.

Why they feel exhausted halfway through the day.

The truth is simple.

Performance requires fuel.

Your body cannot consistently perform at a high level if it doesn’t have the nutrients needed to support training, recovery, and muscle development.

That’s why I developed the Multibolic™ Performance Power Plate™.

This plate is designed for active individuals, athletes, and anyone who wants to maximize performance while still improving body composition.

Food Is More Than Calories

Every bite of food sends your body a message.

Some foods tell your body to recover.

Some support muscle growth.

Some replenish glycogen stores after hard training.

Others simply provide empty calories with very little nutritional value.

The goal isn’t just to eat enough.

The goal is to eat foods that help you perform better tomorrow than you did today.

The Performance Power Plate™

The Multibolic™ Performance Power Plate™ is built around three essential components.

Half the Plate — Fibrous Vegetables

Fill approximately half your plate with colorful vegetables.

Examples include:

  • Broccoli
  • Asparagus
  • Green beans
  • Spinach
  • Bell peppers
  • Brussels sprouts
  • Cauliflower
  • Mixed greens

Vegetables provide vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber that support recovery, immune function, and overall health.

They also add volume to meals without unnecessary calories.

One Quarter — Quality Protein

Protein provides the building blocks your body uses to repair and strengthen muscle tissue after training.

Examples include:

  • Chicken
  • Turkey
  • Fish
  • Lean beef
  • Eggs
  • Greek yogurt
  • Cottage cheese
  • Shrimp
  • Tofu

Consistently eating adequate protein helps preserve lean muscle while supporting recovery and performance.

One Quarter — Performance Carbohydrates

Carbohydrates are your body’s preferred source of energy during moderate and high-intensity exercise.

Quality carbohydrate sources include:

  • Brown rice
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Oatmeal
  • Beans
  • Lentils
  • Fruit
  • Quinoa
  • Whole grains

Rather than avoiding carbohydrates, learn to use them strategically.

The harder you train, the more valuable they become.

Timing Matters

The Performance Power Plate™ works especially well before or after training.

Before training, carbohydrates help provide readily available energy for demanding workouts.

After training, protein supports muscle repair while carbohydrates help replenish the glycogen stores your muscles used during exercise.

Together, they create an environment that supports recovery, strength development, and future performance.

Match Your Nutrition to Your Activity

One of the biggest mistakes people make is eating the same way every day regardless of activity.

A demanding leg workout places very different nutritional demands on your body than a rest day.

That’s why the Multibolic System™ adjusts nutrition based on training volume, recovery needs, and personal goals.

Nutrition should support what your body is being asked to do.

The Goal Isn’t Just Better Workouts

Better nutrition doesn’t simply improve your time in the gym.

It often improves:

  • Daily energy
  • Mental focus
  • Recovery
  • Strength
  • Endurance
  • Mood
  • Long-term consistency

When you consistently fuel your body properly, performance becomes easier because your body has the resources it needs to succeed.

M.E.L.A. Says™

Your body performs exactly as well as you prepare it to perform.

Don’t train like an athlete and fuel yourself like you’re recovering from doing nothing.

Performance begins on your plate.

Coach’s Insight

Over the years, I’ve watched countless people cut calories so aggressively that they unknowingly sabotaged the very workouts designed to change their bodies.

They expected to build muscle while eating like they were trying to survive.

They expected high performance without providing high-quality fuel.

The clients who consistently made the greatest progress understood that nutrition and training work together.

They prioritized protein, chose quality carbohydrates, filled their plates with vegetables, and adjusted portions based on their activity level—not based on fear of food.

Nutrition shouldn’t leave you running on empty.

It should prepare you to perform.

That’s the philosophy behind the Multibolic System™.
